INSURANCE
Clients will furnish IIM with a Certification of Insurance, listing Images In Motion Media Inc. as “additional insured”, with respect to General Liability ($1,000,000), and “loss payee” with respect to Equipment/Facility Loss & Damage ($500,000). Certificates are due concurrently with the booking of the Studio.
Cancellations
Clients who cancel confirmed bookings will be subject to the following penalties
30 days notice to rental date…No penalty unless another client was turned away, then 25% of common days booked.
10 days notice to rental date…25% of all days booked (unless the client reschedules) unless another client was turned away, then 50% of common days booked
5 days notice to rental date…50% of all days booked (unless the client reschedules), unless another client was turned away, then 75% of common days booked.
Clean-up
The client is responsible for taking all measures necessary to return the rental studio and support areas back to the condition as it was found at the start of the rental. In addition, all props, sets, furniture, and the like must be removed at strike.
If the Studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition, an additional $30/hr, plus supplies, will be billed to the client for any cleaning and/or repairs needed to return the studio to it’s pre-rental condition.
Termination
The IIM studio is in a residential neighborhood. IIM expects the client to respect the rights of surrounding neighbors, i.e no loud noise, careless driving & parking, or anything that would be disruptive to IIM’s neighbors. Studio and its staff reserve the right to terminate at any time, any rental that is deemed to be disruptive to the neighborhood, operating in an unsafe manner, or violating any Federal, State and/or Municipal laws.
