Quotes from “WaterWorks” Puppet Show by Images In Motion

“It was hard to choose one season as favorite, but the audience really enjoyed summer, with the swim mask on the puppet and humor plus amazing shadow puppet portion. I appreciated the gentle storyline combined with action and humor to keep the attention of kids use to so much stimulation. Slapstick humor and startling interplay between boy and duckie was very effective. I would recommend the staging, lighting, puppets and script. I loved the magical interlude between the seasons with the red gloves performing the season changes with accompanying music.”
Cloverdale Children’s Librarian

“The show was beautifully crafted both in the building and in the story arc. We are presented with a lovely story of a friendship between a boy and a duck lovingly portrayed through the four seasons. The show was full of moments of sublime hand puppetry. Let us hope that these talented TV puppeteers continue to delight us with live shows in the future.”
Michael Nelson - excerpt of review for San Francisco Bay Area Puppeteers Guild (SFBAPG)

“Excellent show. The snowman was irresistible, but the shadow puppets were very cool also. Lots of energy, creative. I liked the fact that the boy didn’t always choose wisely, but there was forgiveness and reconciliation.“

“I would recommend this show. Lots of laughing, the kids and parents had a blast!”

“Craftsmanship was excellent, very funny too. Thanks for the “behind the scenes” look  afterwards. Kids are too curious not to want to see “behind the scenes”.
Rincon Children’s Librarian

“Excellent show. Kept them entertained and quiet, unless they were laughing. They loved the water spitting and snowballs.”
